Themes generated by Themer do not look right on VS2019 #108

Description

The theme is broken on VS2019

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use this theme https://themer.dev/?activeColorSet=dark&colors.dark.shade0=%2325004a&colors.dark.shade7=%23b062ff&colors.dark.accent0=%23ff4646&colors.dark.accent1=%2358fa4b&colors.dark.accent2=%23ffff00&colors.dark.accent3=%2300ff00&colors.dark.accent4=%2300ffff&colors.dark.accent5=%2300ffff&colors.dark.accent6=%23ff00ff&colors.dark.accent7=%23ff00ff&colors.dark.shade3=%23b56aff&colors.dark.shade1=%239a35ff&colors.light.accent1=%23ff2d2d&calculateIntermediaryShades.dark=true
  2. download the theme for visual studio
  3. apply it like usual
  4. witness the horror

@mjswensen pardon for being this late, i didn't get a notification about this one, perhaps the version is outdated too but what i use is what i use

Windows 8.1 (6.3.9600)

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.9.4
