Having pulled this branch and ran a full uSync import, I am getting this error when viewing the accordion page
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Accordion updates
Each section of the accordion component has a single rich text property for its content. This will be too limiting, as accordion content is likely to be quite complex at times. This PR replaces the single rich text property with a block grid, allowing most of the non-forms components to be nested within an accordion section.
It's also likely that images will be required within an accordion section. Image is currently modelled as a TPR component, since images are not specified in the GOV.UK Design System. This PR therefore introduces a TPR version of the accordion component which allows images. There's no code duplication as the TPR version re-uses the GOV.UK code. There is a separate copy of the configuration within Umbraco, but much of that already used document type compositions to avoid duplication.
TPR block grid and block list data types are updated to use the TPR version of the Accordion instead of the GOV.UK version.
This combination of block grid and image support means that where accordion content was previous limited to this:
Now accordion content can look more like this:
These screenshots are from the example page in the Umbraco app, which is also updated. This update includes allowing a specific media item to be committed for the example.
Related bug fix
I noticed, when adding support for child components within the block grid, that the equivalent support in the 'Field help block list' was missing settings document types for some components, so I added '(no grid)' versions of those settings suitable for both that scenario and the accordion.
Documentation updates
As well as adding a documentation page about the two versions of the Accordion, I've also documented how to create a TPR version of a GOV.UK component that allows additional TPR child components, as this was previously a technique that was only in my head!
This new documentation goes in the 'Contributing to this project' section, but I've noticed that devs are not spotting that 'CONTRIBUTING.md' exists so I've added a link to that from 'README.md'. It was also getting quite long, so I've turned that into a menu page and split out the content into separate documents. I've also made a few corrections and expanded the advice on publishing NuGet packages a bit, to address questions we've had from new developers.
