We encountered the same issue when printing in dual color/material mode. The nozzle offset seems to be already be applied by the printer firmware itself. By setting the nozzle offset to 25mm in Cura, you add an additional offset of 25mm to your extruder. Setting the nozzle offset in Cura to 0 seems to fix the problem. Happy printing!
