Hello, we really appreciate your work so far! We are currently trying out your profile, as we see improvement potential with cura instead of using ideamaker especially with the variable line width and better combing functionality. We are currently printing a lot of TPU parts and frequently print bigger batches. With your cura profile, we could both decrease our part time and improve the quality of our parts, so thank you for that! We want to contribute to the project, so we are planning on sharing our material profiles, once we tuned them little bit better. (eSun PLA and TPU, GREENTEC PRO etc.) Because the parts we make are mostly out of TPU, we are using the print sequence one at a time. We have acheived printing 5 of our grommets on the same printjob, but this is about the maximum we can fit with the physical gantry and toolhead restrictions. The toolhead and gantry restrictions are fine in my opinion. The gantry height is a value you can play around with, depending on your placement of your parts. Normally the lowest gantry has a height of 65 millimeters, so for general purposes that value should be applied to not cause a collision with the parts. However, if the parts are placed as shown, only the higher gantry is affecting the maximum height. With this placement, you can go up to 80 mm max. Screenshot 2024-01-02 155626 The origin for the "machine_head_with_fans_polygon" should be nozzle 1. Nozzle 2 does not affect this value, as you can't select this print sequence option when printing with both nozzles. The dimensions of the polygon are fine as well. The dimensions that are currently set worked fine when in testing. Hope this helps.

Keep up the good work!
