📦💻 - Try out native LSP configuration instead of CoC

CoC is awesome, but I'm starting to feel like I might have an easier times with less configuration layers, and maybe I'll be able to make better use of LSP features of something like Omnisharp without depending on something like CoC or csharp-ls to provide them. I should try it out to check if that's the case.

• Add auto pairing for '<' on C# and Rust;
• Fix C-J and C-K for snippets next node;
