Missing support for text+image / image+text #15

The image vanishes if you try it, leaving only the text.

Both cases are currently not really supported.

The canonical way I'd implement this is to use the two-column layout. Depending on what comes first within a ## section, left column will be image, right column text (or vice versa).

For the moment, please use custom, template-contained slides for those cases.
