Add Merkle distribution and Merkle dist inputs #21

This is the rewards distribution held on July 15th 2022. This includes:

Bonus Rewards for those who were staking and had an PRE operator confirmed before June 1st and didn't unstaked any amount of tokens until July 15th 2022.
Ongoing Rewards for those who were staking and had an PRE operator confirmed between June 1st and July 15th 2022.

Also, these JSON files will be necessary to calculate the cumulative Merkle distribution in the next rewards distributions.
