Claim-rewards is a new HardHat task to claim staking rewards in Threshold Network without using the official dashboard.
It is needed a claimer address: any Ethereum account that will claim the rewards. Note that staking rewards will be sent to its beneficiary address, and not to the claimer account. Claiming will spend some gas to make the transactions, so the claimer account must have some ether.
