We have transitioned from SimplePREApp contract to TACoApplication contract (see https://forum.threshold.network/t/tip-062-taco-threshold-access-control-added-as-threshold-application-lock-up-bonus-pre-folded-into-taco/703).
So capturing events from the Simple PRE Application contract doesn't make sense anymore.
