Histology data #14

@anhtuduong I just create histology data folder in my repository. There are histology data of the first 300 cases. I also extract useful informationtumor_histologic_subtype to a text file name:tumor_subtype Please check ! https://github.com/thuhoainguyen/kits23/tree/main/histology_data

@thuhoainguyen I just extracted the information about this histology data, and make a graph that you may need for your thesis:

The graph shows that there are 14 different tumor_histologic_subtype and how many case in the dataset labeled with that.

This is just for your reference. I'm making a big change and refactoring the whole code. Please standby, and of course goodluck with your final exam 😸
