fix(beautifier): rename "transactionId" to "transactionTime" in ACCOUNT_UPDATE beautified event

The key "T" in raw user data events messages is the transaction timestamp, therefore it should be beautified to "transactionTime" instead of "transactionId" to avoid confusion
