add applied fairness analysis with yardstick

An example of an applied fairness analysis with yardstick based on the GPT detector data in the detectors R package.

This is 1 of 2 applied fairness analyses I'd like to add to tidymodels.org:

This analysis uses 1 pre-defined metric, only uses yardstick, and focuses on socially held ideas of fairness and their relationship with the metrics.
The analysis in a later PR uses several metrics and resamples them with tune.

This is intended to be merged only after the release of yardstick 1.3.0 on CRAN. Rendered with the needed dev versions, for now.

Okay, this should be ready to merge. I'd say we wait to merge until we've got all of the fairness functionality + articles ready to go, though.
