Update: GGE 2017

At least dates and amounts of nitrogen fertilization for RHH 2017 and 2018 found in Vos-Fels publication. So, data sets can now be used for crop modeling.

Final feedback from Gießen now. They cannot dig up more management information, so it will stay like it is.

GGE 2017 completely missing (quite problematic because of the irrigation treatment with unknown irrigation)
RHH 2017 and 2018 only N-fertilization
