Integrate with Netbox #17

Is the intent for it to be "hosts that get Tinkerbell hardware objects defined get pushed to Netbox"? Or "Use Netbox as a source of truth for building Tinkerbell hardware objects"? Or both?

Either/any way, I think it would be a useful integration!
