It seems to work, except for one issue introduced in LLVM 18 (for AVR): https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/67636#issuecomment-2118869227

Closing in favor of https://github.com/tinygo-org/tinygo/pull/4271 (I was lazy and didn't want to change lots of -v1 caches into -v2, making a new PR also works).
