Add support for webhooks #13

Add support for Webhooks - https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/webhooks-guide Capture all available events and document what is available to do things with in the future.

Primary concern is Follows and notification for follows.

More room for expansion is available, but the base of this is working. Closing issue.
