Change !so to include a link and an at-symbol #180

Can the !so command be changed to include a link at the end that pre-appends https://twitch.tv/? And can an @ be pre-appended to a name (unless it is called with a username that has the at-symbol)

So that a !so (previous raider) looks like:

🤖 Hey Everyone! Check out the awesome @theidofalan. Give them a follow: https://twitch.tv/theidofalan

And !so baldengineer or !so @baldengineer looks like:

Hey Everyone! Check out the awesome @BaldEngineer. Give them a follow: https://twitch.tv/baldengineer
