Change topic string to include brackets #295

When bot gives the topic string, I'd like the sections to have brackets around the name. e.g. [Goal]:, [Currently]:,[Notes/Info]:

So:

Golden Delicious: Mini Apple IIe using ASICs from the Apple IIgs. Making the Apple II computer Apple never did. Goal: Connect RP2040 board to MEGA-65c02 board and act like a keyboard. Currently: Use Digital Discovery to exercise and verify RP2040's data lines are connected correctly. Notes/Info: https://bald.ee/gd-design

Would become:
