consider switching to mounting dev-theme directily #11

right now, studnts have to navigate a very long file hierarchy to get to the relevant sass files. Maybe this is too much and we it hsould be simplified.

instead, we now have all of /wordpress/ mounted at the root of both gulp and wordpress containers, and use a symbolic link to access the files a little more directly.
