tdecrypt

Provides a draft class TelegramProfile to decrypt local Telegram profile data.

It allows to get a local key and decrypt TDF$ and TDEF files from local Telegram profile folder. Code assumes there are no local password set. If password is set then local key calculation should be done with it.
