add a dummy ring or dot in assembled images where the beam cuts through the plane of the detector #11

The beam center is now located at (1000,1000) in the assembled images, so this is no longer so critical...

implemented in https://github.com/tjlane/pypad/commit/16af7abcda3500a3790b9a78dc5f8cdc451c4000 in genfilter, score, and assemble (optional through flag)
