add colorscale to prepgeom #28

could be nice when the rings are weak, as for AgBe

@tjlane tried to add this thinking it was easy, but it got really messy first with the fact that imshow is called every time an image is updated, which I think I got under control, but then also because the colorbar is not part of self.axL and yet event.inaxes is true, which is the same as for all the sliders, so anytime I click on a slider it also updates the color scale.... then I realized it also has to change when the filter button is called, so I kinda gave up.. :-P maybe you can show me a bit of your GUI voodoo magic next time we meet so I understand how those things work? thanks!

@sellberg haha yeah. MPL's GUI stuff is pretty terrible, actually -- so no worries. This is probably low priority anyways, so let's not worry too much about it.

Maybe next Wednesday I'll come back up and we can take a crack at it.

@sellberg I added a way to change the intensity scale by scolling the mouse wheel -- check it out. It would also be good to have a color bar, but it takes a little more wrangling :).
