prepgeom doesn't show filtered 2D image properly when the angular average is clearly saturated #29

either it's a visualization bug or the 2D image does not actually filter the pixels properly, which would be a bad thing...

good catch -- turns out one of the functions in scipy used to rotate the ASICs didn't like boolean types
