Elapsed playback time track not visible with Ionic Dark theme #159

Probably ionic v1.2 regression. Curiously, this is only an issue in the Android app, the Web client seems not to be affected.

Same for "drag handle" in tracklist edit view.

Additionally, track context menu icon should use same color as "browse" icon, i.e. icon-accessory.

Time track is also an issue with Desktop Chrome v49.

Visibility of time track seems to be a Chrome issue, after all.

Note that the volume slider is not affected, so compare CSS attributes set for both.
