Use DTB in place of PDB

The pslist plugin reports the "PDB" for each process. Other plugins, such as 
imageinfo, refer to the "DTB". Both of these are the same thing, the Directory 
Table Base for each process. In the interest of uniformity, the plugins should 
use one acronym or the other, not both. A patch is attached to replace PDB with 
DTB.

This is another simple cosmetic issue.  While it may be too difficult for Jesse 
to keep these names straight, this does not appear to be a common issue and 
thus the status is changed to "WontFix".  If others feel this is an important 
issue, we will re-open it.
