PicoRAMSoC

An SoC for the PicoRV32 running completely from RAM, based on the PicoSoC. The firmware is loaded via the readmemh verilog system task directly in to the SRAM. It's name is expected to be firmware.hex. It uses the PicoSoC simpleuart.v UART controller for communication.
