6 years ago nevermind, I solve it by forcing grim to always use binkplayer ( convert all snm to snm.m4b with radgametools) and found vima encoder here https://quickandeasysoftware.net/software/vima-compressor
it seems grime support other codecs than vima or smush, is it possible to replace them with my own mp3 or mpg?
