V0.2.1-1 Inclusion of short duration flights #10

Short duration flights such as simulated cable breaks should be included as a flight. Short duration flights, ie less than FLOGGER_MIN_FLIGHT_TIME should be included as a flight provided the altitude attained is greater than a FLOGGER_MIN_ALT.
