MS-DOS: Adding support for native MS-DOS date and time format #34

For common purposes, visualization of date and time of files should be added, informing the user on when a file was created, last read, and last written to. These values should be, upon request, automatically modified by the application. For eventual filesystem tweaking purposes, possibility to manually modify (or remove altogether) these values should be added.

With more than one year no bug found, this issue can be closed and eventual improvements/fixes committed in Issue #18.
