ninja-build isn't available at ubuntu precise #6

any point against using ubuntu 13.10 as it ships with ninja-build?

Could it not be added to the apt-get packages list? 13.x isn't LTS either, and my personal experiences with it are flaky to say the least.

no, as it is not in any offical backport or so included. (or i couldn't find it)
