Revamp CLI

Need to clean up the CLI to facilitate things like passing args thru to titanium. Will probably do the following:

• not use any flags/options currently used by titanium unless they serve the same purpose
• pass thru any titanium flags/options to titanium (#67)
• Move file loading out of args and instead create a -l, --load <load> option or something similar
