Clarify "Department of Education" in Hive "as featured in" section #17

The "as featured in" section of the Hive currently says "Department of Education" but it should probably specify which DOE it's talking about, e.g. NYC DOE or US DOE or Canada DOE etc.

Oh good point. Related: all the links on my old site were dead Mozilla ones.
