Add a cool/fun/silly 404 page #5

If we decide to continue hosting the site on github pages, we can provide a snazzy custom 404 page which is nice, e.g.:

https://toolness.github.io/jess-portfolio/blarg

Right now it just says "i am a 404" but we can change it by editing this file:

https://github.com/toolness/jess-portfolio/blob/master/layouts/404.html

Actually, because we're hosting the production site through dreamhost, the 404.html won't work out of the box. I think dreamhost uses apache so we could probably configure it through that though.

lol u dork, it's whatever U think is cool. it should be something u have fun with imo, if you view it as a chore don't worry about it!
