Some users are getting errors as they fail to include LLMs with MATLAB when they download MatGPT.

Updated the README to include instructions about the submodule
Triggers an error message when the LLMs with MATLAB is absent.
Supports MATLAB Vault in R2024a or later - no need to create an .env file.
Enabled focus view when the app is opened with "Open in MATLAB Online"
