when I get one counter, the window exit #123

When I click "Go here to get one"(http://127.0.0.1:24050/?tab=1), the window exit But other tabs like Settings seem work

Anyone could help me? Thanks a lot

It can work correctly if I add counters manually on https://github.com/cyperdark/osu-counters/tree/master/counters
