Re-pop DB #42

Problem

DB is empty after changes. Should be repopulated. Placing an issue for a reminder. Related to #41, but not necessarily.

Expected Output

DB should reflect csv files.

Definition of done

DB is repopulated. Facebook data is a "want" not a "need" in this outcome.
