My bad on forgetting about this again. To elaborate, any game that was purchased on Steam but seems to be present in EA Play cannot be downloaded through the application. As a recent test, a copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition was purchased through Steam before the application was loaded to try prefill it to a LAN Cache: Mass Effect Legendary Edition was purchased a few months back:

The prefiller itself, on the other hand, does not have the games available for download as shown:
