Add 64bit package #6

We start to provide 64bit package since v5.18.0, should also add it to Chocolatey package.

Might I also suggest upgrading the hashing algorithm to SHA512, I believe it defaults to md5

EDIT: Apparently it defaults to sha256 and the "recommendation is to use at least SHA256". So this isn't necessary.
