Appearance issues #141

Hello. I've just switched to Tab Tree from Tree Style Tab and everything seems fine except a few issues:

  1. Thick border on Windows 7: https://i.imgur.com/meYVfMe.png Although it seems there's no border on MacOS: https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/previews/full/169/169898.png Tree Style Tab has an option to lock the sidebar with tabs. It hides the border and also you can't accidentally change the width of the sidebar. It would be great if you could implement this feature.
  2. Custom Firefox themes (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/) with "Try to mimic Firefox theme" option enabled makes the entire sidebar white. Tabs are not highlighted at all. Here is a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/0bSZ14c.png
