[Request] option to disable hidden tab bar appearing on mouseover #142

If I have a single tab or a fullscreen window, there are times when I don't want the tab bar to appear on the left side of the window/screen. This could be doable either by pressing a hotkey to toggle it off completely for this window (saving in session? not saving?), or by configuring that for all windows of the type maximised // single-tab, the hidden bar should stay hidden.

This is in fact the point that currently nags me most about this add-on: Full-screen mode used to actually provide the entire screen to the website, but now, there is this bar at the left. A hidden tab-bar should be really completely hidden, not have some leftover sidebar still hanging around.
