Remove selected diff highlight colouring? #17

Since we've moved now to "scroll to next diff offscreen", maybe we can get rid of the CSS darker highlighting for the selected diff.

FWIW: I don't think we should remove the *-selected classes. Just in case we want to do something with the selected element in the future. We can just comment out the *-selected selectors in the CSS.
