This is a first attempt for the mapping of ExotischeVissenVlaanderen2016.xlsx to DwC-Archive. @peterdesmet and @DimEvil: the file is ready for review :-)

Structure and content of this mapping:

Taxon Core:

[x] rightsHolder --> Research Institute for Nature and Forest (INBO)? Yes, in metadata we use this. In data, we use the shorter INBO (updated)
[x] accessRights
[ ] datasetID --> now left open, waiting for DOI
[x] datasetName --> Checklist of alien fishes in Flanders, Belgium
[x] taxonID --> now generated using a hash (format "alien-fishes:taxon:xxxx")
[x] scientificName
[x] kingdom
[x] taxonRank
[x] nomenclaturalCode

Vernacular Names:

[x] language: updated to nl and en

Distribution:

[x] establishmentMeans: at this point, establishmentMeans is left blank, due to the distribution invalid error on gbif. Update to introduced, using http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/gbif/establishment_means.xml
[x] eventDate: values are cleaned and now in format start_year / now. start_year is widely interpreted, e.g. 17th century is start_year 1601.

Description:

[x] description --> contains pathway, invasion stage and native range
- pathway: values are copied from the CBD standard (see table below). Values could be transferred later to establishmentMeans. Also: CBD vocabulary has no good alternative for unintentional, see issue #3
- invasion stage: see table below, unsure if the mapping is correct
