Change current year to end year #11

In line with the discussion in https://github.com/trias-project/alien-macroinvertebrates/pull/34, I changed the end_year in eventDate to 2018.

No end_year was given in the raw data file. Thus, we have to assume when the presence of the species was last verified. We'll use the publication year of the paper, which is 2018.
