Rather than knitting to docs, use Rmarkdown buildsite functionality to create website (similar to https://github.com/inbo/dwc-in-R). Advantages:
No longer need for hacked knit function to knit to docs
Assets (bootstrap, css, etc.) are not bundled in html, making for smaller file size and more readable diffs
Website has index pages, which means root of website does not return 404
No need to write the Index.rmd: content from README can be included (thanks @stijnvanhoey). Since this file does not live in src/ relative links to files in the repo won't work, so updated to absolute links (there are only a few)
Navbar has link to GitHub repo
Possibility to add custom css (here with TrIAS orange)
Possibility to extend website with more pages (useful for macroinvertebrates)
@LienReyserhove Only content update is that taxon core + xx extension are now written lowercase, just like in the metadata (84681090039c4f78555209f2e32534bd4c48ca63). They make for nicer sidemenu titles too.
@LienReyserhove I propose to use this for all our data publication repos and @damianooldoni also for the pipeline and unified checklist. It's pretty straightforward to setup.

Since no breaking changes were introduced, I'm merging. Website will live at https://trias-project.github.io/alien-fishes-checklist/
