Updates:

Name each first chunk of section
Don't save raw_colnames (but remove with starts_with)
Use group_by_all
Use echo = FALSE (not F)
Don't use Pre-processing header
Verify scientificName is unique
Only sort at the end
Update some explanations
Correct some whitespace in code

Great! I integrated the same changes as I did for https://github.com/trias-project/alien-macroinvertebrates/pull/43. If these changes are fine for you, you can merge this PR. I will update the installation guide in a new PR (as this is not discussed in this PR here)

Added small update to description extension (see https://github.com/trias-project/alien-fishes-checklist/pull/20/commits/af6331d71aece5ab289e601d9c16953a489ff9ea why). Merging now.
