Generate species profile extenison #22

In this PR, I solved #14 and #16. This resulted in the following changes in the raw and processed files: (+ changes in the Rmd due to the new mapping)

raw data:

Correction of typo (Proterorhinus semilunairs --> Proterorhinus semilunaris)
Addition of a new column with habitat information (all freshwater species)

distribution / description / vernacularnames:

new taxonID for Proterorhinus semilunaris (remove taxonID for Proterorhinus semilunairs )

species profile extension: NEW

Great, although the species profile mapping in the Rmd looks incomplete: is this file not pushed? Data is OK though.

Indeed, the last adaptations weren't pushed. This should be ok now.
