Invasion stage mapping #9

For the TrIAS project, we decided to use the unified framework for biological invasions of Blackburn et al. 2011, but we discard the terms naturalized(because often, there's no sensible criterium to distinguish between casual/naturalised of naturalised/established), and invasive (this is a label that should only be put on a species after risk assessment). Thus, here, we consider all species as established.

In this pull request, I integrated these changes as discussed in https://github.com/trias-project/alien-fishes/issues/6.

Additionally, I corrected a small error in vernacular names.

Nice, it's really useful to have that invasion stage comment in the RMarkdown itself. 👏 Added one remark about removing the original columns in vernacular names.
