Generate taxon #33

I removed the ID column in the raw data file (which we initially generated ourselves) to replace this column by the generated taxonID in the R script (format alien-macroinvertebrates-hash)

I noticed the taxonID now contains alien-macroinvertebrates as shortname for the dataset, rather than alien-macroinvertebrates-checklist, which means that the shortname of the datasets will be:

That is fine to me - as we are moving away from having -checklist, -occurrences in the shortname (at least for TrIAS) - but just wanted to check this was on purpose.

That's a good comment. I integrated the shortname alien-macroinvertebrates on purpose, this to generate taxonID in the same way for each of the TrIAS checklists, e.g. see this post for the checklist of alien plants.
