Based on #32, I integrated invasion stage in the checklist of alien macroinvertebrates.
I decided not to use degree of establishment, to be conform with the mapping for alien fishes.
invasion stage is considered to be established for all species as they come from live samples in running waters. We decided not to use the terms naturalized(because often, there's no sensible criterium to distinguish between casual/naturalised of naturalised/established) and invasive (this is a label that should only be put on a species after risk assessment).
