cannot open files #1

Don't know why ? I re-download it but still.

Hey!

Could you give me a little bit of context? It seems you want to run Qopen on the data to recreate the results provided in this repository.

Just to be sure: Did you follow step 3 of the readme and download and unzip the data? There should be three subfolders inside the data folder afterwards: 2018_ISM, 2018_ISUH_fully_picked and 2020_ISUH_fully_picked. Did you get any results or logs?
